How to lose weight quickly and permanently

The rapid and permanent weight loss can be yours if you apply the basics of fat loss. Forget the fads, false advertising, and metallized companies that only want to sell their "new and improved" a cream or pill.

Let me tell you straight: If you want to experience a weight loss (fat, more specifically) then you NEED to do resistance training, or work out with weights and resistance machines. This is so important for people who want to lose weight, as it is for people who want to increase their muscle bulk.
